Beginning of this video- this man is on his cell phone while driving " lmao he's not even driving the car is clearly idled along with all the other cars that were "sitting" there. Then the guy who actually was driving while talking didnt even get a ticket smh & u call this behaving badly? I think not . Ppl who sit in traffic and have a phone in their hand doesn't cause accidents this is irrelevant.

Washington, DC has had a hands-free law for years and the police department publically states that they do not enforce it. Every single car in Washington, DC is being driven by people texting and talking on their phones. DC is a VERY dangerous city for this reason. Pedestrians see it all unfold right in front of them. Minor accidents, hit and runs, hitting curbs, side-swiping parked cars...it's all very ubelievable.

Why people can't drive responsible and without their phone is beyond me.

@1:45 the speaker claims that using the phone's GPS while driving is illegal. All sources that I researched on the Internet point out that it is legal. They state that the legal code was specifically written for texting and phone calls, not general use of devices.
