This was filmed in the Greensboro, NC train station transfer room, a room that connects the main lobby to several different hallways leading to different train platforms, while waiting for Train 79 to come in. This video features combination moves and transitions that are all known as the Buck Step, Back Step, and the Pitter Patter. This particular room has a dome shaped structure that allows all the sound to come back to the recording area. No taps or mic'ing of the feet was done. Everything was completely un-rehearsed. No metronomes were used.

Paul Anderegg's style and origins mostly come from old time flat-footers of the Virginia area. He teaches classes, does performances, and has an instructional video known as Fireside Flat-footing which can be found by searching on Google or Ebay.

Other videos of him dancing can be found by searching on Paul Anderegg.
