Hey Man, Nice Video. Just wondering how to build up speed to get to around that 160bpm mark. And also are you just using your wrists or using some other technique like bouncing or using your fingers.

@4given94 Sorry I never replied to your comment. I use a lot of fingers, but I also use bounce. I let the drum/stick do the work and the fingers add the power and control. Speed comes over time. If you practice consistently and work just below you max speed you should see a 5 BPM increase every week - month depending on how your muscles develop. just have patience it will come.
