@Icec0Id0 I have been a Hemodialysis patient for 15 years so have known alot of Techs in that time. I run at the DaVita clinics which are nationwide. They have a 8 week training course for Dialysis techs. Some have backgrounds in other area's but it is not required to become a Tech.

This is a career that I would love to go into. Can someone please tell me if you have to become a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Phlebotomist, or Medical Assistant first before becoming a Dialysis technician first?

NO DOCTOR would allow their close friends or family member on deathalysis patients should ask their doctors would they get on that barbaric treatment i love the patient soul even tho he knows he being tortured he is very up beat and happy i like is soul

I know what you mean about nurses and needling, I liked the same people to do the needling because they knew my fistula, every fistula is different. The depth to the fistula varies greatly.
