    Tu as raison Mathieu..j'emploi souvent cette citation qui provient des Marines,je crois.

    Je dois être très faible car c'à fait souvent mal en criss..

  • i dont know what your age is but im 22 and i can say that was very impressive. 2 things to work on: your snatch was more of a kb swing, u didnt "catch" the weight in a squated position. and your burpees didnt come off the ground w/ hands in the air. still cant believe u l-pullup'd with great form after all that though. great job

    You are right for the birpees,it is a '' kick squat '' i did in the video.

    The snatch is a ''swing snatch'' and i think that the form is ok..we squat position when we do a dumbell or barbell snatch.

    I'm 55 yo.
