Wow... you are crazy. 18 UPS trucks in one area probably meant there was a distribution hub nearby. And as far as the truck moving a few feet then stopping again, the driver was probably syncing his DIAD board (kind of like the GPS for his route) so he knew where his next stop was.

Don't worry - we do extensive background checks on ALL of our employees. No UPS driver is going to abduct you... you talk too much anyhow.
