I work at Starbucks, and I promise you that not everyone is a total twat that works there. Keep in mind, that we DO have to deal with a bunch of spoiled customers that think they are high class because they are overpaying for a cup of coffee. I usually always try to do my best at pleasing everyone, but there's always going to be that one person that is unhappy. :( Service industry sucks.

@laurennicolelamp so true, barista here as well..it's frustrating dealing with customers that think they can do your job better than you, and you're the one getting criticized. I try my best to take care of every customer, but i don't get to choose the rude ones or the nice ones lol. i just gotta try and ignore the hateful ones, and enjoy the nice ones.

I'm sorry, we have good service at our store, but let me tell you something hun, our customers are generally annoying. But I'm always nice to nice customers :-) and even the rude ones. Nice video x

i work at starbucks and on behalf of us, I am SO sorry, honestly it happens a lot, only reason being is that most of the time there is a massive queue. love the video!

My story is that a few months ago, I was waiting in line at the Starbucks near my college and there was this guy who was in front of me. He gestures to me, "Oh, step ahead in line." so I do, but he says, "Whoa whoa, I thought you were going to the bathroom!" And he takes his place back in line. Jerk. I wonder if this is how he treats his mother.
