@sabbirsa Hahaha!! The sad part and the part you don't understand is that while both America and India have high obesity rates, India is a much more poorer country. Poor Indians, even though they are under nourished are still genetically prone to metabolic diseases. It is true. We develop diabetes at a lower body weight. Do you know that UN stipulates that while 25 is the limit for US to define obesity, it is 23 in India. I bet you didn't know that and you won't understand what it means.

Come on mate - we need to accept that this is just the typical indian physique - thin limbs and a fat protruding belly. So many white people see Indians and they think these Indians are skinny. But once they lift up their shirt, they have a pot belly. The fat distribution is uneven.
