Used alone, they have some therepeutic value, but usually are used in conjunction with motivation to improve variou saspects of the clients health. Here Cass is gettting a little help to relax and unwind - with the use of a specific word which will trigger a calm happy feeling and relaxation.

I can get people into a hypnotic state but I'm not sure what to do from there. How would I go about giving suggestions to someone? I'm talking about things like making friends forget the number four or making their fingers stick together.
