omiolo there are many in the LDS church who have left spiritually but are present physically.Thats because of family issues. Leaving the Church is Traumatic and for that reason many are trapped.
Maybe you should consider that next time you look round in Sacrament assuming you are awake through it that is.

Omiolo,
I too find it interesting that you spend SO much time here watching the videos of the "apostates". For your information, WE (meaning the Foundation) did not say that Lyndon was "chased out". The title of his talk was picked by Lyndon, not us.
So -- why is it that you can't answer a question that's been asked of you twice, now. Why are you spending so much time on these videos? Wouldn't your Bishop be concerned about your "testimony" if he knew?

This is just so ridiculous. I'm a convert to the Mormon church and I read all this anti-Mormon stuff years ago when i was first investigating the church! I took the time to learn the truth. I wish others would as well. The LDS church has the fulness of the gospel and will bring you closer to Jesus Christ and the Bible than any other church!

I applaud you for your videos and sharing your experience with us. I raise the glass of reason to you sir.

You want to make your own decisions based upon your own intelligence??
You DARE to challenge the teachings of Hugh Fibbley??
"What sins are you concealing from me, Lyndon??

@pmallon64 as to the second part, I think it could be possible for God to have created the universe for sentient beings. If you think about it, a well-to-do family would buy a really big house if they planned on having a really big family, and even though, say they have twins, and for the most part those twins cannot do anything but with only a small part of the house, ei their cribs, high chairs et cet. if mankind (or sentient beings) are in their infancy, this analogy would apply

am amazed at mormons who say that I left the church to feel good about sin. Telling me I lost our babies (by miscarriage) because I left the church. Grrrr... Reminds me of the lies they are told to hold them in.

congratulation my friend it seems that you are intelligence and smart, but the thing is if you have built your foundation upon Christ i can strongly agree that you will be strong and know that the things that you learn are true.... but good luck on your journey
1. For me, losing my faith really was about the little things that when you really think about them become disastrous to the concept of a theistic universe. For ex, what he mentioned at the start, did Jesus die for people on other planets too? They have no idea about the Romans and "give to Caesar", etc. So why would a universal scripture contain references so specific to one planet? Another thing is why if the universe was created for mankind is more than 99.99999999999% of it uninhabitable

Ah yes, the power of thinking critically. More Mormons have lost their "testimony" by thinking than by any other means. My favorite is that we actually believed that Kolob (first of all that a place called Kolob exists) was the source of light for the sun. It boggles the mind what people believe because it's cloaked in "faith." Here's to the development of healthy critical thinking skills. Absurdities, nonsense and Mormonism don't stand a chance against such.

@ExmormonFoundation That is so untrue! You do NOT know what you are talking about!!!

@cindybin2001 We do realize you are shocked at hearing this information. That it is disturbing you and making you quite nervous. Fortunately, we do know what we are talking about. We've already come through the refiner's fire, my friend. Screaming and whaling and gnashing of teeth, isn't going to make it true, no matter how badly you want it to be.
But peace be with you, if you need this to be true. We are only here for informational purposes, not to pull you out of your "faith".

@ExmormonFoundation What a thing to say! As I've said before, I already read this stuff years ago when I was first investigating the church!! I took the time to learn the truth. I wish others would as well. I can't imagine being a member of any other church.

@cindybin2001 And you are welcome to worship in any delusional state you would like to. We are all free to stay in "the matrix" or wake up. It is up to you.
