  • whenever i feel like i'm trying for something ,or forcing it ,i watch these videos and i'm relaxed again and i find again my inner peace <3

  • the last "developed" = explore

  • Mooji, you have to make awereness happen again. People tend to lose it in our modern world. This is exactly the reason for the immense growth of psychological illnesses: People lose their consciousness, lose and forget who they are. You would say, yes, this is perfect, because you should aspire a complete loss of ego/personality in order to be fully satisfied - but NOT if you have not developed an "inner pillar". If you never developed who you are, not being aware of yourself is lethal.

  • But isnt this "getting tired of being someone else" not exactly THAT way of how you first explore something different, if not guided by another person? I am getting tired of my own adaptions, of my attitude of being someone else, someone influencal possibly, to attract more of the opposite sex, that I realize how false it is? It is all first self experience and then comes a variation

  • The compassionate is the designer of all dimensions.

  • I like the way Mooji translated that question. Yes yes yes.

  • "If connection and communication are the true state of being, it follows that freedom allows us to see our relationships in a way which gives everyone liberty. Your freedom allows for happiness...and happiness takes no prisoners!" Chuck Spezzano

  • never heard of before, but you're feeding me info that like always comes at the cusp in my life; the end of a stage, it is explained to me. this time I must live alone, too much pain from the last experience. dispare, hurt, learn to laugh again. smile, feel inner peace. no legs. no yoga.tai tchi.

  • <3<3<3
