One move the cop used is called a "face down takedown" which is banned by use of police forces because of past deaths it has caused. The person on the receiving end cannot breath. No I'm not throwing out bs, there are numerous videos on the internet talking about the use of this. One includes and officer using it on a kid at a high school strictly for special needs kids.
