  • there is a little loss in tq. not enough to make the car feel sluggish or anything. it does sound badass tho:)

  • would a mac o/r h sound similar? did you lose any torque? btw my car is the same color.

  • @buiduy2001

Yeah it'll sound pretty close. I didn't feel a difference between the x and h pipe.

  • That sounds so sick I have borla stingers on my 2000 mustang gt also along with a cai but ive been looking into getting an o/r midpipe. debating between a h and a x, now i know i want an h. what h pipe do you have on there? do you have any other mods on there?

  • @buiduy2001

It's a stock hpipe with the cats gutted out. I think I had an sct tune, cai, and a few other things at the time. Wish I would've kept the stingers, I traded for a Mac catback and I regret it.

  • would it do that with an o/r x as well? cause i got borla stingers and im gonna put a bassani o/r x on it

  • I don't think mine did it that much with the x.

  • that sounds great

  • thank god you didnt pin it in first gear for the donuts lol i hate when ppl do that

  • There goes a quarter tank...

  • I go to college in downtown Richmond, VA which is packed with tall buildings where the rumble of the stingers resonates off the buildings. I can only imagine how it would sound with an o/r h.

  • I was actually talking about if you felt a difference in low end torque before you gutted the cats vs. after. I heard that cats have a lot to to with low end torque and when you lose the cats, the car can become more sluggish and the throttle response wont be as good. that is my main concern. dont want it running like a ricer with no low end torque.
