October is the time they always hold the AIDS Walk in Atlanta. My cousins & family always walk in the memory of their mother, Regina Baker, who succumb to HIV/AIDS some years ago. I was never able to participate because I have always been on the road. A few years back I participated in the making of a documentary on the topic. It touched me working with so many people & hearing their stories. So I wanted to do something to make a difference, I am dedicating to my cousins, and to the many survivors & victims of this deadly disease.
In making this short PSA I am only trying to spread a message. My goal is to have 10,000 women tested by October. That includes those of you who have been tested in the last 3 months. So If you have been tested, or are going to get tested . PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Write "I Got Tested" & the date of your test.
You don't have to give any personal info.... I just want to reach my goal! I want woman to protect themselves! So PLEASE get tested!
