I've been lifting weights for 20 years and your form is horrible and extremely dangerous. Arching the back like that? Bouncing the bar off his chest? Ridiculous. Drop the weight from 225 lbs to 135 lbs and do a set of 10 with perfect form: back flat/no arching, no bouncing, total control coming down, total control lifting up.

He may not be chasing results, have you guys ever seen a powerlifter bench massive weight? They use laughable form but it gets the weight up and that's all that matters to them.

Holy crap dude ... thats horrible .. im happy to see you training at 63 thats very impressive and more people your age should ... but really man your not getting younger your gonna kill your back and it wont heal ... quality reps man none of this back arching chest bouncing crap ... yikes
