The day Charity Grace was born was filled with lots of lost hopes and dreams after talking with the doctors and thinking about my perceived ideas or sterotypes of what down syndrome now meant for our family. Since that day, my eyes have been opened to a wonderful world of gratitude and love. I didn't think I would say this that first day I found out, but I AM TRULY GRATIFUL FOR DOWN SYNDROME. Our daughter is adored and it is her down syndrome that uniquely has changed our lives for the better.

  • Charity is perfect, what a doll. My son has Down, and has made my world, our world, a greater place! You can see him at Facebook fan page: "Eye on Isaac, Genetically Enhanced w/ Down Syndrome." again you have an incredible daughter and great video!! :)

  • @HeatherandChris7 Thank you. How did you find us? We feel very blessed to have a child with Down Syndrome in addition to all of our children. I just watched your son's? tooth getting pulled out by a truck. That was awesome!

  • @HeatherandChris7 Unfortunately, the world sees people like your son as drains on society, when that very same society files friviulous lawsuits, treats career criminals as if they deserve to be spared from the death penalty, and treats children as if they are property.

  • She is so beautiful at 2:55 and 4:14.

  • LOL! I forgot that tooth video was still on here!! Ba-ha-ha! I found you merely surfing my favorite subject (Down) and I was extremely impressed with your video. In fact, mind if I put it on my son's fb wall? We live in Colorado, how about y'all?

  • Charity-Grace is very beautiful. This is the same person as aspie101 because youtube sold-out to google. People like her remind the world about what really matters. The world is too obessessed with sex and materialism, but people like Charity-Grace remind people that love is not about sex, money, or current trends.

  • @susanmamajca Unfortunately, the medical establishment still portrays special needs children as burdens that would be better if they were born dead. They do not spend the time with them the way that you and I have, so their outdated mentality is nullified, but society is not much better.

  • @susanmamajca We should, unfortunately, it will take much more than just words to change society's material, hedonistic nature. I had a dream in which my family and I were rebels hiding in the mountains and hills during the middle of a hot summer. We were going to get groceries from a small, abandoned town. What shocked me was that I had a wife, who was in my high school as a special ed. student. Like Charity, she was a beautiful down's girl.

  • @susanmamajca It may be a combination of both. I am a writer whose subject matter is disability rights because no one else covers it. The elitists in the government and the media considers it to be a beucuat concept and they are the same corrupt people who consider the "disabled" to be drains on society when they only need to look in a mirror to see the face of a social parasite.
