BMW Motorrad developed the C1-E study as a contribution to the European safety project eSUM. This study unit is based on the concept of the BMW C1. The BMW C1-E provides exemplary protection for its rider. This is ensured by the safety cell with the conspicuous roll-over bar which dynamically spans the rider seat in combination with the energy-absorbing impact element at the nose end. Furthermore, the C1-E rider wears a seat-belt. The electric motor is powered by a lithium-ion battery and thus possesses sufficient power for mastering most inner-city traffic riding with ease. Alternatively the vehicle could also be equipped with an efficient, low-emissions internal combustion engine.
hmm, not sure I'd trade the bike for something that has a windshield and a harness

@IRONSEAN7 listen here retard, this is not a normal bike, it has a windshield, so if you were in an accident you would go crashing thorugh it same as a car. and if you dont like this bike, just shut the fuck up, and dont watch this video. fucking troll

Bmw,,, nice cars,,, BMW,,, the ugliest bikes in the world... also,, anyone whos ever ridden a bike knows that the last thing you want is a seatbelt,, if you about to crash, or are pinned after a crash you want to be able to get away from that damn bike ASAP..you start to go down, the safest thing you can do is get away and try to lay it down and roll... a seatbelt on a bike is BY FAR the stupidest idea ever! i seen an office clown with his suit and loaffers buzzing around on this thing. LOFL

Ha....always the same comment of having no helmet and having to use seatbelts. If you see the crashtests you would know why the are the most savest in the world.....

really it all depends on wich country you live in.
after all it is pretty big.
i see stuff LIKE that all the time but most often its aeither some car with a Hybrid badge on it or an SUV.
the reason i say "with a hybrid badge on it" and not just hybrids is because almost everything is classified as a hybrid now.
Random:did you know theyre making a V8 hybrid?Whats the point?

I know, I have lived in the US for 9 years now, and driven a wagon for 5. But where is the Audi S4 Avant or S6 Avant, not to mention the RS Avants!

Also, BMW M wagons never make it here, nor do the Mercedes AMG Estate seres. Even Japanese makers liket Toyota and Subaru stopped selling their wagons here (I don't consider Outback a wagon any more but a Crossover, but they stil make Legacy Wagon for outside the US.) The lone exception being the Honda wagon which will be sold here as an Acura. I am excited for that!

theres actually allot more small cars than you would think.
i drive an SUV but thats becasue i use it for what it was built for in an intelegent way.
