@mikee1434 so they should go ask them to turn it down. big deal. its the middle of the day. you cant expect the same privacy/peace & quiet as living in a house with your own land. its an apartment, you don't wana cut grass that's the price you have to pay.

He's called the police and management and the guy still does it. And you never go ask someone to turn their music down. I've had a neighbor turn violent by doing that.

NO, that music is WAY to loud. Sokmeone should not be disturbed by someone else's music just because they are in an apartment.

how the hell did guitar hero wind up doing that 4 times that is insane! i can relate because i have had my fathers first floor condo flooded twice, not terrible but it did some damage and left a water stain. but to play devils advocate he flooded his apartment, not yours. its crappy apartment engineering that allows water to run freely from top floors to the lower floors that flooded your apartment. how they are allowed to build these places without simple drain systems in place is beyond me.
