This video was of a special event where all the trees were replaced with Dynamic objects, so that they could be destroyed. This meant many, many, many dynamic objects, so even when you were close enough to them for the server to send the information to you (I was zoomed out far enough so I could see areas the server doesn't send information for) they would take a little while to load.
