Yes the diver is in a pool, but this is a basic demonstration of performing a Frog Kick while wearing the Excellerating Force Fins. Our next video we will put gear into the divers hands to help illustrate the power ability of the fins.

  • oodiver The Excellerating Force Fin is not the best fin for Frog kicking and if that is your main concern (Frog kicking ) when choosing a Fin do not choose Force Fin. The video is intended to show the kick can be done. We appreciate your feedback and wish you safe diving!

    Best regards,

    Force Fin

  • Bro i love my fins no tanglement problems here we @ outlaw productions value the wings and the different aspects of using them. By the way good video

  • Always good to hear from outlaw productions! Thanks for the support!

  • I'm sorry to say this but it looks really bad. Not a very productive way of finning. The fin blade is curved the wrong way for this kind of kick. I've seen better force fins for this way of finning. My advice would be to use those other force-fins and re shoot this video. Because this looks really uncomfortable.

  • Thanks for the feedback. We are always looking forward to a re-shoot. The purpose of this video was to show that you can indeed use this type of kick with Force Fins, not that it is the best fin for Frog Kicking.

  • Nice. Now please post the average price for a pair of these fins. Also please post video of someone doing a backwards kick in them. Finally, please post a video of someone laying line in a wreck or cave and avoiding getting the line tangled in the various protuberances on the fins.

  • Thanks for the post $786.25. is our retail price. I look forward to making a new video soon!

  • Simple observation, but when performing the Frog kick with these fins you are using the side of the fin that is suppose to provide the *Least* resistance for the up-stroke. Though these are a fantastic fins (Use them myself) I'd look elsewhere if you are looking for a fin to do cave diving or similar diving of that nature where the Frog kick is of greater importance.

  • Diver halts the virtually the moment the kick finishes, almost no glide. I'd expect to cover the same distance in two or three frog kicks in jet fins. Notice how the fin closes up on itself for each kick, that's exactly what it's designed to do to reduce resistance on the upstroke of a flutter kick but that's completely the wrong thing for a frog kick.

Yes, you can frog kick in force fins but it isn't very efficient.

  • Ditto. I see tangle hazard right off the bat. Not knocking the dynamics or the thrust, hell not even the price. Im the first to pay top dollar for a top shelf item. But this set of feet looks like a line or protrusion grabber to me.
