The star of Befores Sunrise and Sunset makes her directing debut with 2 Days In Paris, a thought-provoking comedy that collides American and French cultures. The ever-so-talented Parisienne took time from planning to write, direct and score her next film to discuss her plans to single-handedly conquer the film industry and where it all leads from here.

  • I adore the way she speaks. The Before Sunset/Sunrise films could work only with an actor as captivating as she. I saw the latter film first, not knowing it was a sequel, and I still prefer it to the original. Near the end of Before Sunset, when she was singing her waltz to Hawke, I was in need of a cold shower. I've always found French girls appealing, and one who can play an instrument?! She is a great talent, and here's to hoping they make it a trilogy in the coming years.

  • i love her, she's great.

  • 100% afeee with her views. I love that woman. She is my favorite actress. I loved the Countess, 2 Days in Paris, Before Sunrise, etc...

  • Ha ha ha she's a funny girl, I laughed when said about bush should get a blowjob lol

  • @keloktober smoking? when she laughs it sounds like a smokers laugh :o(

  • In the Sunrise/Sunset films you never see what their lives will be like actually living together. In this film you see the couple arguing almost every minute of the film and at the end acknowledging they don't know each other. I would like her to explore the difference between a couple who are primarily together to fulfill their sexual urges and a couple who have a real love (agape). Maybe several stores strung together...

  • They have different styles, but Julie reminds me a bit of Catherine Deneuve. Julie is a bit more bohemian and Catherine more towards traditional elegance, but their looks are similar and both exude feminine sexuality beautifully.

I prefer Julie because she has a depth about her that is so compelling. I hope they do a follow up to Before Sunset while they can. Jesse has some things to work out (wife and child) so there is a story there.

Quels films!

  • Not only playing and writing... she knows about politics... intelligent woman!!

  • @TAD761 Je suis d'accord avec toi.. mais je crois que tu aurais dû répondre à ascensi directement, car ta remarque à l'air de lui être adressée.. et pas à moi!
