This is so cool. Man, whatever they want to believe is fine by them. I am an atheist, but I don't hate people who believe in God. It's just that I don't. No one should be able to dictate who or what you believe in.

I wonder why atheists defend Islam.

All religions are in fact, cults.
-
These religions have no spirituality as the traditional ones. In fact, they are cults, not religions.

Islandfever chrustians wait, but if he is us, then our wait doesnt cares a lot.

I read in NatGeo that when the leaders were asked that since it's been decades and John has not returned, why do they still believe? Isaac Wan replied that it's been over 2,000 years and "Christianers" are still waiting! I see the comparison quite clearly. Let them believe just as Christians are allowed to believe. Who is to say that one belief is stronger, better or more valid than the other. Our monotheistic religions think this is ludicrous. The people of Tanna just laugh at us!

@vandella223 As if skin color has anything to do with it!
I can imagine when a christian priester will tell these ppl that he believes in the resurection of christ and he was born of a virgine and that he is the living god and actually there are 3 gods in 1 god or mohamad went to the 7sky or moses talked to the burning bush
these ppl will laugh at him and say what is wrong with the white ppl so let us stop laughing at them
it is time to laugh at our selves are we all not a little bit john frum

For sure! Its funny how this is the perfect example of how religions form, whether made up or just happened spontaneously. Very good point though, both stories are just as much bullshit as any other that requires faith as a prerequisite.
