  • Huge 2446: Load the straight bar to 645lbs and deadlift it for four dead stop repetitions from the floor. Power row 460lbs x 3 reps and do a chin-up with 210lbs around your waist. Then do a seated good morning with 620lbs for reps and a snatch grip deadlift with 600lbs.

  • Maybe you are a trainer at an aquatic center who has a fan club led by his mom. Regarding shrugging the elbows are locked and triceps flexed in order to avoid undue stress on the biceps tendon. The momentum based lifting you seem to enjoy causes significant undue stress on the joints. But I am all about learning. Come show me how you lift. Today just do an easy one: load the trap bar to 815lbs and deadlift to completion. I bet you are the strongest and best built guy around.

  • You are more than welcome to come over and train. The weight is moved through the entire range of motion based on how my traps, neck and rear delts are developed. I am certainly fatter than I used to be, but I am forty three and it is unlikely you will even be lifting by that age. "Yo bro" sounds like you should concentrate on developing your grasp of the language. Maybe you are a frustrated community college student trying to play secret agent by changing your identity and age.
