  • @MrFaisel34 Or...some corporate structures are inherently designed to support and promote psychopaths, especially if they do business in unethical ways or ...the business they engage in is unethical.

  • Every manager is not a psychopath. But it's that one out of ten that has the potential to really wreck a company, wreck the coherence of a company and wreck lives.

  • I want people to be aware that they are not going crazy. It's the workplace psychopath that's the problem, not them.

  • But what if you're the victim of a psychopath, and the corporation backs your boss?

Stay too long, and you risk a severe psychological breakdown, stroke or heart attack.

  • It's almost impossible to rehabilitate the psychopath. In fact, there are studies in the United States, which suggest that rehabilitation in fact makes them worse because it teaches them new social skills they can use to manipulate the people around them more effectively.

  • Psychopaths present very confidently. They are full of self-esteem. They have no doubts; no hesitations and so interviewing panels often find them very attractive.

That's what many corporations see as being a good executive

  • But without a brain scan, how do we spot a psychopath before its too late? One answer seems to be; look up.

John Clarke suspects corporations today aren't just failing to screen for psychopaths, they're unwittingly selecting them.

  • Psychopaths manipulate and control other people because they're able to on a very rational logical level but at the same time they don't feel the emotion or empathy for the other person.

  • Yes, there was a nurse manager who had a stroke thanks to the covert aggression put upon her by the psychopaths in the University of Pennsylvania CTRC. My friend has witnessed-- many time--the psychopath refer to the nurse manager as stupid and dumb, even though the nurse manager has a graduate degree and over 35 years working for the institution. My friend witnessed her being undermined at every turn.

  • Here is just one of MANY incidents put into play by the UPenn psychopath. The psychopath is using people like Debbie Menard a 2009 graduate of the University of Sciences in Philadelphia and an associate of persons in the UPenn CTRC. My friend has never met Debbie, yet Debbie Menard was compelled to aid the psychopath by attempting to ruin my friends feedback at eBay. Thanks again to Dr. Daniel J. Rader and the sheeple at University of Pennsylvania.
