This has to be the most unprofessional inspection Ive ever seen. She:
-Takes the time to smile at the camera during a formal inspection
-CHEWS GUM not only in uniform, but while inspecting another cadet.
-expects the cadet to stand at attention during the inspection, but stands slouched the entire time.
-Has the cadets inspected while they are wearing backpacks and gear.

wow she pulled out a ruler to see if his insignia was correct. Though you should correct him on what is wrong with his uniform so he can correct it. Btw the age is normally 12 to 18 or if you were in the program before 18 you can continue as a cadet until you're 21.Trust me I've seen it. I have a cadet in my squadron who is 12 and one officer stayed in the cadet program till his 21st birthday.
