Looks like a panic attack, i really feel bad for him... People who haven't had a panic attack can't understand it but if you have it once it can haunt you through your whole life and it's difficult to get rid of (atleast without some strong medicine).

I get so nervous when I speak in front of people ( being on the news is in front of people ), that i end up sounding like this. I'm in a public speaking class for the terrified right now, and it's helping, but I still get really nervous

@rancor260 It's pretty much impossible to describe a panic attack to someone who has never had one. The whole "the world is coming to an end, right now" thing is a little hard to get across.

@rancor260 The ONLY real and propper solution to panic attacks is a healthy lifestyle and practice! It's never a good idea to start taking meds for something like this.
