This Arab man spun around for over 5 minutes straight without stopping or getting dizzy. On top of it, he was playing with plates and swords, etc.

What are you saying? it's an egyptian sufi dance called "Tannoura", however it's similar or almost identical to other sufi dances in the middle east. if you are so ignorant about cultures better shut up and stop ridicolize yourself.
