my first time recording myself hooping

I run a free twice a week community hoop group and on this day no one showed up, so I decided to just play and thought I should record myself for the first time to see what I need to work on. input from the hooping community would be much appreciated. I feel I'm a little jerky in my dancing and so I think I'm gonna join a belly dance class to learn how to move more gracefully and slower.

:D lookin good! I would just concentrate more on arm movements when you aren't weaving that would amp it up. I think things will smooth out the more you do it and if they don't well then you've got your own style lol! I am pretty jerky when i hoop too. I'm loving your leg to waist transitions :D I feel like I'm watching myself but you can do a lot more than I can lol!

well done, good trick range, you know the music you're hooping to (synced up with the music changes) and that tape job looks great. Suddenly I want a shiny one too...
