NJ Dog Owners Face Hefty Fines for Barking

Some New Jersey dog owners will have get their pets to keep the barking to a minimum or face up to a 600 dollar fine. Having received 400 complaints in 2009, the township of Piscataway made it illegal for dogs to bark "a lot" during the day. (March 25)
