Three legends, Zia Sarhadi, Anil Biswas, and Lata Mangeshkar joined together to create this masterpiece so that we can listen and enjoy even after 60 years. This is the quality of old music. The saying "OLD IS GOLD" is absolutely right. Thank you kalakar ji for keeping our memories afresh by uploading such immortal songs.

this song and fewer other were other were also sung by Meena kapoor e.g yaad rakhna chaand taro - mere liyea woh ghame.. etc

I totally agree with you--In my opinion even all the great actresses(!) took guidance and inspiration from Lata Ji's great intonation to express their feelings while acting---besides using their own talents,of course.

@amrutvani2 Thank you sir...!! Actually the pace of Meena Kapoor song is much slower than the Lata song. So there was some difficulty in getting the match exactly. Still i tried my best toedit. Thanks once again for your inspiring remarks.
