>There will NEVER be another Callas...her genius is unique to her,and for me personally,it's all the genius i need from an opera singer...Callas is the absolute zenith...accuracy and ability to communicate the spectrum of emotions from the piece she's singing,and even more,have the listener experience the emotions themselves!!I absolutely love and revere her...sadly sadly missed (thank God for surviving work such as this!!)

The modulation, phrasing, play with rhythm and the exact attack of each word that begins with a vowel is exquisite.
Whether you like the tone at this point of the game becomes immaterial.
It's like Heifetz playing on anything other than a del Gesu ; it's still undeniably genius.

@melosmond What are you talking about and where do you get your ideas from? Sure she wasn't perfect but who is? To say she has a tiny talent is just weird... you need to do some research.
