Luckly I know how to do the subtitles in this video so it was pretty easy. Just click the caption button, click Transcribe audio, the when the japanese subtitles show up, go on the captions again and click translate captions and click on the language you want it translated and then it will translate what he is saying. Since he speaks clearly the subtitles make sense even though it is just an experiment from youtube that they are doing for people who are deaf. :3 @animegirl804
