ABSTRACT
A new ultracapacitor technology from APCT (US-Ukrainian start-up) provides an efficient, low cost means of managing power delivery for applications ranging from hand held devices to hybrid vehicles and power generating systems of all types. When integrated into battery powered devices, the APCT technology can extend battery life by as much as 400%, lowering the cost of batteries and reducing hazardous waste streams. Fast charge/discharge cycling with 95% efficiency improves performance and lowers cost for fuel cell vehicles and hybrid electric automobiles. High energy density and hundreds of thousands of cycles provides critical load leveling...

hey google! check out my remake of nikola tesla's utilization of radiant energy patent. its a weak process but if its improved it can help make energy for peoples homes. its really basic and thats why its a good technology. its weak right now but i believe i will be able to at the least charge a battery.
i just want to say thanks for helping the world out, from what i see you guys want to help the world, ur a huge business and yet you still have time to help humanity, thank you!!

I'm looking for products to promote with as staff of 1,600 telemarketers who work for $2.32 per hour, so I watched the video, twice. I got a lot more out of it, the second time. Ultracapacitors are the future and APCT seems to be the leader on cost, but it was unclear when they will have a manufacturing capability of 30,000 units, per year. 'Spring' of which year??? The copyright says 2006, so is that 'spring' of 2007??? My name is Larry and I'm at 760 843-9540 I'm in California
