The aclu never helped me when i was arrested beat up in front of my boys and jailed for no reason 2500$ bail.The aclu to me is bullshit.Cause i am not black!!

The Justice Department can still prosecute, whether the President likes it or not. The only way Obama can make sure these guys aren't held accountable is to pardon them.
As bad as that would be, at least it would be legal.

President Obama sadly called off the prosecutions of the members of the Bush Administration. However, the ACLU is still fighting for prosecutions, and hopefully they go all the way!
