Oh and the handcuff (which mades your opponent more or less stuck to you) is blade kick with mid punch and kick. The only way to unhandcuff is to do the invisible throw.

The moves (only for Guild) were bugs in the first few revisions of the SF2 arcade machines. They are as follows (seen here) invisible throw : forward back foward and mid punch mid kick. Last forward/mid buttons must be pressed at once, about a 1-3 sec move. Second one, is called "freeze" that was to do a blade kick but with HP/HK at the same time. This would make guile freeze in mid kick about to launch. If you do the freeze again, it crashes the game.

Oh yeah. I remember this shit in the arcades. Apparently it was such an exploit that you got disqualifications for it. I discovered it on accident in a tournament got booted out of the arcade at Harvey's Lake Tahoe. I was all like "WTF?" but they said "sorry, even if you didn't know about it, the fact is you used it and you are still disqualified. Too many people have abused it." Missed my chance at winning SF2 turbo for SNES. Ah yes. Those were good times.
