Amazing Grace-Bottleneck blues arrangement

I had to try this tune at least once on slide.
It's in GBDGBD tuning with a glass slide for a change and with brand new phosphor-bronze alloy dobro strings.

It's still a little sloppy, but I'll get there..

You totally can, but it's also worth it to invest in a resonator style guitar for acoustic bottleneck slide...

great playing. How come you haven't done any combined guitar and harmonica songs?

I lack the coordination at present to play both simultaneously, but I have done 2 track recordings where I played guitar and then harp over top.

Synchronization of the tracks after the fact is sometimes problematic though..

Nice job, you sound like a seasoned veteran slider. Makes me want to go to a southern prayer meetin'! This song lends itself to slide guitar and you did it justice.
