This might be THE best Sly and Robbie Production. I grabbed this when it came out (VP Records, Jamaica Blvd. Queens, NY) circa 1980. We loved VP back in the day! I would take the F train out there just to pick up these records.

In the mid 8o0's a Jamaican DJ fried 'Godfrey' introduce3d me to this song. Very dramatic beautiful lyrics song by an even more incredible voice. That's whenI realized there was so much more to Reggae Music than just Bob Mar,ley!
