Lutino Indian Ringneck - Bowie bathing on a sunny day

Bowie usually gets a nice shower, but he also enjoys splashing in the shallow water bowl. It was a nice day - the patio door is open but yes I am guarding the open cage door!
Koolaid squeaking in the background.

I got a 3 month old ringneck. . . for the time being he didnt make a single noise.. Do you think its because he's too small ? thanks

@MrCriticalState I don't think anything's wrong...Bowie was very shy at first too. They make the squeaky sounds & whining but he didn't start mumbling until 5 months & talking didn't start until 8 months.

I baught a 2 year old green indian ringneck around 4 month ago. He always trys to clean himself, but I want to help. When I take a spray bottle though he flips out! And he doesnt use the little bath I put in his cage for him? Is there something I should be doing? Beautiful birds by the way x

@indianringneck2  guess some dont' like the spray bottle...I actually bring bowie in the bathroom & let him hear the water & also let him hang out on the shower caddy a couple times a week. try that? i've also had bowie since 11 weeks old, so it was easy to condition him to get used to certain things I think..

so sweeeet, I wonder how old is bowie?? I jave a 4 month onld Ring Neck, When he sees water like this he gets so happy hahah, but he falls all the time he is a lill bit silly yet :)

I've actually had a blue jay that i rescued and he would take baths like this but he would actually just dive into the water and get water everywhere.....

@jxh0703 It looked to me like Hazel stuck her foot in a couple of times and decided the temperature wasn't to her liking, so she decided just to get her toes wet and be content with that.
