  • About PCOS and a lot of Dr.s that will tell you that you "can't" get pregnant without their help. NOT TRUE. there are other options out there. There are natural herbs and remedy's (like acupuncture) that can help. All I can say for sure is the best weapon against PCOS is a lack of ignorance!

  • @PCOStherealdeal

    thanks

  • @fabulousnbeauty5 Fab I would first look up a acupuncturest in your area, then do some research on that person. Search Yahoo review and see what other's have said about the buisness. Research research research. Google is your Best Friend, find out what techniques are usually used for what you want to be treated then when you have made the best possible choice follow through. Most Classical Dr.s arn't going to suggest you go this route. Can't blame them, it's a business.

The one thing that is generalized with PCOS is a higher chance of developing heart disease, breast cancer, uterine cancer, Cervical cancer, insulin resistance (diabetes), and hormone imbalance. Just wanted to offer that information to any ladies that may happen upon this vid. There are a lot of misconceptions

  • I want to correct you on a few fact's.

    1) it is not pronounced "Pee-cos" It is P.C.O.S..

    2) not all women with PCOS have infertility issues, weight issues, hair growth issues, ect. EVERY CASE IS DIFFERENT. A lot of women will get the generalized overview of this Syndrome and if they do have it, could possibly be putting themselves at more health risks. For exmple I have PCOS and so does a friend of mine. While she has regular periods. male pattern baldness, hair growth and acne issues Cotinued
