How can the mayor go to jail? Even if this is law, it is Peanut-Law surpassed by every higher law i.e. State Constitution & U.S. Constitution, the supreme law. i.e. No Unconstitutional Law may be passed, so this is NULL & VOID even if they put their signatures on it.

I think it's time for every member of that community to meet up and agree to sack the council as at the end of the day the council are there to serve the people and it is the people that pay the council. Time to stand together me thinks
