  • 0:07 CANNONBALL!!

  • WOW, epic crazyness!!! Im not sure if they were playing or just randomly struming and flaling all over the place lol.

  • @logandrums Comparing Norma Jean, writing strong lyrics such as, from And There Will Be A Swarm Of Hornets, "These are not the plans I made.

This is not the life I wanted

    I don't care.

    Pull it down.

With broken bones and vital organs far from functional,

    I am ruined.

Pull me down and I'll find my way back home I swear." That's deep. If you can't fathom the lyrics, then of course you won't like it. But you gotta break it down and think about it in context. Respect their talent and musicality.

  • @logandrums Why would popularity even be considered then, if I was drawn into the band by their "worst" album, and least favorite by so called "fans" everywhere. Everywhere I go, it's negativity about that album. But all I hear is good things, lyrically and musically. Btw, in case you didn't notice, lyrics kind of overlay every song, excluding instrumentals of course, and when you look at the lyrics alone, that shows the true musicianship inside the artists and bands.

  • @logandrums Ha, I'm sensing you have a strong hostility towards them. I actually do listen to bands, for their music and message, not their popularity. It has nothing to do with how many other people know them, I don't even own the Meridional album, which is the big boost for them to the public. Considering I became of these guys starting with their Anti Mother album, then I expanded back to the Oh God The Aftermath album, which is the "true" fans favorites.

  • @OFM515 I Hate people who like Shitty Music!!!

  • @OFM515 NO HELL WITH THAT!!!! No Shit it's different and dont even bring fucking god into this shit! It matters a shit ton about the music!!! They suck hands down! You wouldnt listen to a band that no one knows just for their message you only say that cause you know them and they are supposedly big! Fuck the Message! Norma Jean has no more room to grow but shrink downwards and that is what they are doing!!!! You can Enjoy Shit for music then! Adaptive ear my ass!!

  • @logandrums No way, I'll admit some of the new Norma Jean is different, but it takes an adaptive ear to appreciate what they're doing, and it's amazing. I hate when people hate on other bands like that. Josh is amazing, but he's only part of the BAND. It's not a solo artist. Plus its all about God, not this band or that. Just appreciate the message. Some preach it different than others, but when you break it down, its all about the roots, and both bands are growing.

  • NORMA JEAN went way down hill after Josh left!!! there horrible!!!

  • @Freedish911 its really simple hey dude lol I tabbed out "Evolve" off of their Wars album and its piss easy haha thats the reason they do crazy shit like that because their songs are really simple.
