I've always thought that this was one of the quickest 2nd 100's i've ever seen; just tried timing it: i got 9.23 the first time, then 9.16, then 9.15.Blake's 2nd 100 I got in 9.08 and 9.09 the other day.These two runs show it's worth experimenting in the way you run the 200.

@phastman99 I'm starting to think, after watching that documentary on Bolt by Johnson, Bolt might be a freak once in a lifetime type athlete, but if he is on something, I honestly think he wouldn't even be told or know it because he sounds pretty confident that he's clean. The only thing i could think of is an undetectable steroid that's rubbed in during his massages, the technology is there, but who knows these days. He doesn't seem to train very hard though,seems almost too lazy to cheat:)

@404man Bolt is lucky the US freaks of nature do not do track and field sprints by in large, not since it can't pay the bills like the NFL. We have a US footballer, Calvin Johnson, six foot 5 inch and 3/4, 235lbs (compared to bolt's 210) while training for footballs 40yd dash, recorded a 10.23 100m, 43inch vertical jump, ran a 4.33 40yrd dash. I reckon if he trained for track and shed weight he would be one of the premier sprinters today. Ie, he's a tall guy like bolt and can accelerate well

@NOPN YOU ARE TOTALLY CORRECT. No appreciation for Tyson Gay, if he was Jamaican, he would be worshipped. I'm calling it here, 2012, Tyson Gay beats Bolt in the 100m. I don't think he's going to run the 200m, which will be used as an excuse i'm sure, but Gay is being smart about it I think if he does that, he'll be fresh. Winning time, will be new WR, 9.54 to Bolts 9.60. Call me Kreskin;) Then they'll both be caught for doping, and Powell will FINALLY get his Gold in 9.73:)
