ive been landing like this for 2 years and my knees are fine because you use the muscels in your legs and not the fact that your knee wont bend any father to slow down and relise you only use this for smallish drops

why do they hafta tuck??? i don't get it it seems like the fall is harder after u extend back ur legs.

Ya, don't bend your knees more than 90 degrees, or you'll tear your ligaments, then you'll be sad.

No. This is completely wrong. As you can see , he bends his legs more than 90 degrees. Do this everytime you land and after a month you won't walk ;)

do i need shock inpact trainers or is that a myth?

From a video I've seen, it's optional. Really, you want to keep on the balls of your feet, since landing on your heels can really mess up your knees.

i have dis question,.....
when u land .... I agree u land on toes....but should the heel touch the ground afterwards or should i try to avoid its contact altogether...

Umm i might be understood it wrong but Parkour isnt about how you move its about moving NOT showing off like a hypocrite
Parkour concentreates on fast efficient moving but free running isnt . its about showing off youre talkin about free running at your first word
