1/2 cup buttermilk; 1/3 cup brown sugar; 2 tbsp canola oil; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 egg; 1 cup whole wheat flour; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 1/8 tsp salt; 1 cup mixed berries; 1/4 cup lowfat granola

  • I looked for the recipe, but couldn't find it. Can't even try it without knowing the temp and baking time.

  • a lot of things a diabetic shouldn´t eat, i have diabetes type 2 and i don´t eat white flours, white sugars, grains and othing that can trigger my diabetes, i eat mostly raw foods, and white meat, fish, i drink milk whitout lactose and grease, this kind of foods are so bad for diabetics, cause causes you to take more insulin and medicines, i never take medicines, only my diet and my levels are 135 after eat and 110 to 120 before, always, i think the only sustitute is diet and control!!!
