No they don't you fucking knob, if its the persons problem then they get the fucking dog fixed so that if it humps another dog it doesn't knock it up. Its not rocket science. I work at an animal shelter and I see lots of dogs coming in from people who breed their pets and thiink its makes their dogs weird if they fix them, fucking morons like you. Having a dog fixed has nothing to do with if its aggresive or not, it has to do with being a responsible pet owner.

@TBCollister There's no point in it, if you can't fucking control your dog then that's that persons problem, they will have to deal with selling the pups to nice homes. And no you idiot, the reason there are always going to be dog shelters is because of evil scumbags who abandon their dogs. And neutering an adult dog does change its personality. I agree that sometimes it is a good idea if the dog is very agressive and possessive but not if there is nothing bloody wrong with the poor chap.

Neutering dogs doesn't change their personality. There are no studies that have proved it and all claims are by ignorant owners who want their dog to feel "manly" or some equally stupid shit like that. Neutering an animal prevents it from breeding and producing offspring and provided even more animals in a world when many are at shelters waiting for loving homes. Don't be so ignorant,people like you are the reason there are always going to be animal shelters.
