Kyrock Elementary Talent Show 2010 8 Year Old Playing National Anthem On Guitar

My 8 year old son Abrey playing The Star Spangled Banner on his guitar at The Kyrock Elementary Talent Show 2010! He won 2nd place overall for the second year in a row! He is a student at Studio DD Music Academy. His gear is a Fender American Stratocaster with Texas Specials, Marshall MG100hdfx Half Stack, a Behringer Hellbabe Wah Pedal and I told him I'd mention the "Chuck Taylors". Wow Abrey that's fantastic, that's a difficult song to learn and you played it correctly. I'm impressed with how you were able to move up and down the neck. You did'nt just stay in one position which is possible with that song. One way to challenge yourself would be to try to learn it in a different key. I think your playing in the key of G here. Maybe try to learn it in the key of E or A. Just keep playing and practicing. Learning guitar is something that can be rewarding forever. Kish
