@YellowSupremacist well thats b/c u were eating TOO much asian food. eat a normal amount a day and dont watch a lot of tv. i eat a lot of asian food and i barely watch tv. im really thin b/c of that. u hav to exercise too

@billshunnybunny you don't have to eat Asian food. The different cultures of Asia have vastly different cuisines, but they all adhere to the same principles. Fresh, natural, minimally-processed, mostly vegetables, mostly cooked, wide variety, little meat, no dairy. The Asian Diet: Simple secrets for eating right, losing weight, and being well" is another book that explains how we can learn from the Asians to be healthy.

I think you really know what you're talking about when it comes to losing weight. I've taken pills, over-exercised, and starved myself to lose weight. I did get slim but I gained it all back plus more. I want to do it right this time. I am hispanic and I've never really eaten asian food as much, mainly mexican food. Do I have to give some of my favorite mexican recipes for good? and I bought your book, but is there any way to get more recipes? Thanx for your time. :)

asian food is no better then BBQ RIBS, PIZZA, BURGERS, and HOTDOGS....
its just the way you eat...asian people eat alot and also do alot of moving while the average white person just eat and sit down to watch TV.......im asian and i remember when i was eating alot of asian food i got fat alot faster......now i eat alot more pizza and such and im more slim.

According to a large study conducted by Cornell University where they compared the least active group of Chinese people and the average American, they discovered that the Chinese ate 30% more calories but they weigh 20% less than average American. To lose weight, you need to eat foods that are high in volume, high in fiber and resistant starch but low in calories. Fiber and resistant starches increase your metabolism.
Get my book, Asian Slim Secrets and take
action. The book itself can't make you slim, but if you put the knowledge into action, you will see results.
