Hey mike good luck bro my meniscus and acl is fucked up too and I hate this cuz I can't run or do anything I don't even want fight cuz I don't want it to get worse....lol I'm just getting bigger...ha well good luck dude hope you recover quick....and get back out there to kick some ass

Dude that really blows :/ I helped my Tae Kwon Do master out for his 6th Dan black belt and he broke my foot. I couldn't train for a what seemed like an eternity. It drove me crazy to not be able to lol. I can't imagine 6 months O_o

tore my Meniscus a few years ago and that suck bad enough, can't image taring 3 ligaments in my knee. good luck with recovery and rehab dude! :-)
