If the plane was bigger, Would the sound waves have a sequential pattern? And i also noticed the waves mirrored on 2 Axis on some Hertz And other Hertz only on one, is that correct?

I have a question. All these videos put very high frequencies through the chladni plate; what would the patterns look like from very low frequencies?

@BloodthirstyHobo At very low frequencies, the spacings between the nodes would get further and further apart, eventually beyond the size of the plate. You wouldn't really see anything. During the video, you may notice the patterns get more and more "featured', as the frequency is always ramping higher. Technically, it was also easier in our setup to get patterns at this freq range (app. 2-3kHz) as that was the "sweet spot" of my power amp!
