*Demi starts crying*
Joe: *sees her and stops the car on the side of the road* Hey. *starts wiping the tears off her face* Stop. Another thing is I don't like to see you upset. *hugs her and doesn't let go*
Demi: Joe?
Joe: *hugging her* Yeah?
Demi: You can let go.
Joe: *hugging her* Shhh.
*about a minute later. Joe finally lets go and starts to drive again*
Joe: *driving* Sorry. I missed that.
Demi: I really wish I could remember.
Joe: There is one other thing.
Demi: What?
Joe: We've been engaged. Like, 3 times.
Demi: Wow. I thought I was 16.
Joe: *driving* You are.
Demi: Do I have to go back to the hospital anytime soon?
Joe: *driving* You have to be back in 15 minutes.
Demi: I don't wanna go back.
Joe: Why not?
Demi: *looks out her window* I wanna spend more time with you.
*Joe's heart starts pumping at its fastest and he turns around to go away from the hospital*
